The symposium will provide a forum for parasitological scientists from different countries to discuss their latest research findings in parasitology and related areas. It is aimed to  compile a body of knowledge on the "state-of-the-art" in parasitology that serves, among other things, to help improve the works on diagnosis and control of the most urgent parasitic diseases in China and the world

Official languages of the conference are English and Chinese.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION: Participants are expected to submit a 500-word abstract of the presentation before 15 August, 2009, in standard form including introduction, material & methods, results and conclusion.
