● 会议背景介绍：    

The "International Workshop on e+e- collisions from phi to psi" (PHIPSI09), will be held at Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, from Tuesday, October 13 to Friday, October 16 2009. The goal of the Workshop is to discuss in detail the state of the art of various problems in hadronic physics at e+e- colliders from low to high energy and the potential of existing and future facilities.

The following subjects will be discussed at the Workshop, session conveners will be annouced in next bulletin:
- R measurements
- Radiative corrections
- Form Factors and OZI rule violation
- Spectroscopy (Light and Heavy)
- g-2, experimal measurements and theoretical calculations
- Flavor physics
- Gamma-gamma physics
- tau lepton physics
Contributions and abstracts
    Contributions to the workshop will be presented as invited reviews and talks on specific topics. Physicists interested in contributing to the scientific program are requested to submit a brief abstract (via web page), 120 words or 15 lines maximum, not later than August 1, 2009. Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their contributions.
