International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG09) provides a forum for researchers, developers, administrators, officers and users interested in the management of electronic commerce and electronic government to present their research results, and exchange idea. The first and second ICMeCG conferences were held in 2003 and 2008 on Nanchang of China successfully.

The 3rd International Conference on Management of e-Commerce and e-Government (ICMeCG09) will be joint with the 18th International Conference on Information System Development (ISD2009).

Paper publication:
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings by the IEEE Computer Society Press, indexed through EI, ISTP, INSPEC and automatically included in the IEEE Digital Library.
At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Each accepted paper must be presented in person by (one of) the author(s).

Paper submission:
Submissions must not be published or submitted to another conference or journals. At least one of the authors of each accepted paper must register as a full participant of the conference for the paper to be included in the proceedings. Full papers must not exceed 8 pages (with size 8.5" x 11"), using the IEEE two-column template Authors should submit their paper via the electronic submission system of ICMeCG09.
