On behalf of the 13th International Conference on multiphoton processes (ICOMP13, 2014), it is our great pleasure to invite you to attend ICOMP13, 2014, which will be held on Dec. 7-10, 2014 in Shanghai, China. We are look forward to welcoming our friends and colleagues both from abroad and China.
