会议介绍：The 9th International Conference on STEEL, SPACE and COMPOSITE STRUCTURES is especially exciting as we will be having 2 sessions held at 2 prestigious venues, both at close proximities to each other. On 10-12 Oct 2007, Yantai University situated on the north eastern coast of China in Shandong province will host the opening session. On 14-15 Oct 2007, Tsinghua University in Beijing will host the closing session of SS07. 
The conference will be presented under the auspices of Yantai University with Professor Zhou Xin-Gang from School of Civil Engineering, Structural. Mechanical Laboratory, Tsinghua University, with Professor Han Lin-Hai from Dept of Civil Engineering, and Professor Chiew Sing Ping from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, School of Civil & Environmental Engineering, as Chairmen of this Conference.
The China Steel Construction Society (CSCS) and the other national steel associations - Singapore Structural Steel Society (SSSS), Malaysian Strucutral Steel Association (MSSA), Hong Kong Institute of Steel Construction (HKISC), the Institute of Steel Development and Growth (INSDAG) India and the British Constructional Steelwork Association (BCSA) are all giving strong support to this 9th Conference following the success of the past 8 conferences.
