The International Conference on Magnet Technology (MT) is the most important conference for scientists and engineers to report and discuss the latest progress in every aspect of the science, technology and applications of magnets. MT-21, the 21st conference of this biennial series, will take place in Hefei, Anhui, China, during October 18 to 23, 2009, hosted by Institute of Electrical Engineering and Institute of Plasma Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
● 征文范围及要求：
MT-21 will include all kinds of talks and presentations such as plenary and invited talks, oral talks and posters, which focus on the materials, science, technology and applications of magnets. The topics of MT-21 include the following:
1. Magnets for Particle and Nuclear Physics
2. Fusion Magnets
3. High Field Magnets
4. NMR and Medical & Biological Applications
5. Power Applications
6. Industrial Applications
7. Materials and Conductors for Magnets
8. Associated Technologies and Cryogenics
9. Design and Analysis
10. New Developments and Applications
11. Magnet Test and Measurements
12. Permanent Magnets
All people involved in magnet science and technology are strongly encouraged to submit their contributions and attend the conference. Abstract submission will be open from January 10, 2009 to March 20, 2009. Please go to http://mt21.ipp.ac.cn and follow the Call for Papers/Abstract Submission Information link.
Early submission of abstracts is necessary for those needing visas. An early review process will be in place, and invitation letters will be sent as soon your abstract has been accepted.
Papers accepted after peer review processing will be published on IEEE Transactions on Applied Superconductivity, a leading scientific journal of our area. Submission of abstracts and registration for the conference will commence in January 2009.
An Industrial and Scientific Exhibition will display a wide range of products and instruments, to establish a good opportunity of exchanges among industries, researchers and engineers.
