The energy short and the environmental pollution is one of main questions which the world faces now, whether the realization of economy, energy and environment coordinated development, the prevention of possible environment risks, the promotion economic society sustainable development and the realization low-carbon economic society is a major problem to decide the 21st century human development propects. The environmental protection and the energy development research involves the microbiology, chemistry, the material science and the engineering. At present there are many key scientific problems and technical bottlenecks need to be solved, the need for a worldwide cooperation in scientific research workers.
