● 主讲人介绍：

Ned was appointed as Head of the Department of Law and Business and Professor of Law at Shue Yan University in 2007. He was the Foundation Dean of the Faculty of Law and Foundation Professor of Law at the Northern Territory University. He has also appeared as counsel before the courts in several of the Australian States and Territories and before the High Court of Australia, including appearance as counsel in a number of international extradition cases. He is also an accredited mediator. Ned's publications have mainly been in the areas of property law, criminal law and international criminal law and include the text Extradition: Australian Law and Procedure. He is General Editor of the Northern Territory Law Journal. He is also an Honorary Professor of Law at the Chinese University of Political Science and Law and a Visiting Professorial Fellow at the University of Wollongong.
